Crazy about Nuts!

I have been on a quest to feel my best in 2013. During this time I have been training myself that healthy oils and fats are good for me and each day I have one or two or sometimes three helpings of nuts or the very tasty nut butters! There are so many recipes now that use nuts.

I have been searching for raw cookie and dessert recipes that are healthy on pinterest. Here are my favorites:

Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Vegan, gluten free Almond Joy Treats

Raw Cinnamon Chocolate Brownies

Pistachio Refrigerated Cookies

Apple slices with nut butters are another favorite snack. Here are yummy recipes I found:

Apple raw caramel and almond butter sandwich

Apple Nachos

A handful of pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, and walnuts! My favorite on-the-go snacks 🙂
