Great topic to cover! I’m actually going into the hospital for an endoscopy/colonoscopy soon, and my mom is packing the bag with lots of gluten free snacks for me once the anesthesia wears off. It’s amazing how celiac disease affects even hospital stays – better to be prepared, for sure!
