Healthy New Year dinner

I am starting my new year with a healthy bang! My shopping basket was full of leafy veges and yummy healthy foods. After a holiday binge of candy and carbs I started the year right. I love to stir fry whatever I have in my fridge and make it fun. Here is my first attempt of the new year. I listed my ingredients below.

  • Cabbage
  • Mushrooms
  • Green onions
  • Shelled Edamame
  • Leftover chicken
  • Garlic
  • Salt & pepper
  • brown rice

Sauteed together and then serve with gfree soy sauce.
